Parsvnath Developers Complaints: Fake Complaints Register Against Parsvnath

Like many other industries in India, real estate too has a lot of competition. Though, this creates a favourable condition for buyers in terms of prices, it also results in competitors resorting to various practices to malign their competitor’s reputation in order to influence customers.

Parsvanath Developers, of India’s leading developers, too have been a victim of slander or libel by its competitors. So, if you have their customers or are planning to buy property built by them; any negative news about the company is bound to affect your peace of mind.

This post aims at busting the truth behind rumours about Parsvanath Developers which are doing the rounds on internet or other news-sources. Here’s a list of 5 complaints about Parsvnath Developers that you should not believe in.

Delayed possession: According to a news report published in Economic Times on Aug 16 2016, "The Company is in a serious financial difficulty. We have suffered a loss of Rs 400 crore last year. We will make sure that possession of flats are delivered to the consumers," the counsel appearing for the real estate firm, said.  Further, a home-buyer living in Parsvanath City, Jodhpur added, “we booked a flat in 2005 and it was promised that it will be delivered to us within 36 months. They stood by their promise. Further, they also helped us get home-loan on an interest rate much lower than that being charged by other private banks.”

Quality: Some of the fake complaints posted against Parsvnath Developers by competitors state that there’s a lack of basic amenities such as water and electricity at the places where a project has been completed and delivered. Parvanath Developers ensure that the site they have chosen to build any residential or commercial project have adequate water and electricity supply. The review posted by a buyer on Mouthshut.com is the testimony to the same.“I live in Bihar but now I have plans to shift to Delhi soon so I have recently purchased a new house at Uttam nagar in Delhi. My home is of Parsvnath developers' new project named Paramount. I personally liked this project a lot but it is always better to research about under-construction projects in market and then find what suits you the most. It provides 24-hrs electricity facilities and the security system is too good.”

No response to customers: Well! That’s another lie being spread about the company. Knowing that customer is the king, that’s what makes a business successful. Further, being unresponsive would make the customer angry and may lead to bad word-of-mouth publicity, which is eventually going to hurt the business. Why would any good company, Parsvanath Developers in this case take such a risk? This review posted on Mouthshut.com, throws light on this stance further.
